In the individual consultation, it is the individual needs and opportunities to recognize and create an individual exercise program. The goal is to create a base to guide self-healing and life-force towards healing. This is where the holistic approach comes in.
In the first consultation, a medical history and examination of the current complaints will take place first. In this consultation, we also create an individual exercise plan for the home.
In the further individual sessions an evaluation of the effect and a refinement of the exercises takes place.
